Description:
The data set contains processes for coal production, coal fired power generation, high voltage and low voltage grid supply. The grid mix of electricity relies on input of other non coal based generation which are not published in this beta release. The data also connect to other upstream processes not yet published, mainly oil and gas production and transport services from the Australasian Unit Process data set held by Life Cycle Strategies which will either be published in AusLCI or replaces by other data in AusLCI In the near future. The data also connect to infrastructure processes taken from the ecoinvent database for mine and power plant infrastructure.
